Our mission is to create a safe place that empowers, motivates, educates and inspires young people to strive for excellence in all areas of their lives. Our goal is to provide tools that foster self-discovery, hope, discipline, and respect for self and others. These tools include Mindfulness, Yoga, and the art of Qi (feeling energy). A large part of our mission is to provide access to healthy, nutritional food choices and active lifestyles.
